Rates and Disclosures
Last Updated: January 2026
WithYou Funds is a loan connecting service, not a direct lender. The following information provides representative rates and disclosures for loans that may be available through our lending partners.
APR Range
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for loans available through our Service ranges from 5.99% to 35.99%. The specific APR you may receive depends on the lending partner, your creditworthiness, income, loan amount, and state regulations.
Loan Terms
Loan terms range from 65 days to 72 months. Shorter-term loans (65 days or less) may carry significantly higher APRs. Longer-term loans typically have lower monthly payments but higher total finance charges over the life of the loan.
Loan Amounts
You may request loan amounts from $500 to $5,000. The actual amount you qualify for depends on the lending partner's evaluation of your request.

Fees
WithYou Funds does not charge any fee for using our Service. Lending partners may charge origination fees, late payment fees, or other fees depending on the loan agreement. Review all loan documents provided by the lender carefully before accepting any offer.
No Guarantee of Loan
Submitting a request through WithYou Funds does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer. Not all applicants will qualify for a loan, and not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rates or the largest loan amounts. Loan approval is determined solely by the lending partner.
State Availability
The availability of loans and specific rates and terms may vary by state. Some states may have different maximum APR caps or may not be served by our lending partners. Check with your state's regulations for more information.
Credit Reporting
Lending partners may report your loan activity to credit bureaus. Late or missed payments may negatively affect your credit score. Making timely payments can help build or improve your credit history.
